  • 2 1/2 c. long grain rice (not instant)
  • 3 1/2 c. boiling water
  • Dash salt
  • 1/4 c. oil

Direcciones

  1. Boil water. Rinse off rice and drain. Add in salt and oil to water. Add in rice to boiling water and stir. Keep heat on high till water boils out of rice. Stir and cover tightly. Let simmer for 15 min. Stir again, let simmer for 15 more min. Rice is cooked.
