Receta Whole Grain Pizza Crust

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. water
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Add in water and oil to combined dry ingredients. Stir with fork till mix forms ball (or possibly use food processor). Turn out onto greased pizza pan, slightly flour. Knead about 10 times.
- With greased fingers, press dough into pan (14 inches round) and shape edge to create rim. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 12-14 min.
