Receta Whole Wheat Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. wheat flour
- 1 1/4 c. quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. nuts
Direcciones
- Combine dry ingredients. Cream sugar and butter. Add in Large eggs and lowfat milk. Combine all ingredients. Add in raisins and nuts. Drop by tsp. on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 min at 350 degrees.
