Receta Whole Wheat Pumpkin Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 c. brown sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 can (2 c.) pumpkin
- 1 c. corn or possibly safflower oil
- 4 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. nuts, minced (optional)
Direcciones
- Cream together brown sugar and Large eggs. Add in pumpkin and oil and beat well. Add in remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 min, or possibly till a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Makes 2 loaves.
