Receta Whole Wheat Quick Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
Direcciones
- In bowl, stir together flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and 1 tsp. salt. Combine egg, buttermilk, honey and butter. Add in to dry ingredients. Stir just till moistened. Mix in nuts and raisins. Put in loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees for 50 min. Remove and cold thoroughly.
