Receta Zucchini Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 large eggs
- 7/8 c. turbinado sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 T cinnamon
- 2 c. grated or possibly shredded zucchini, raw and unpeeled
- 3 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 c. nuts or possibly raisins, if you like
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips, if you like
Direcciones
- Beat large eggs till light and fluffy. Slowly add in sugar and beat well. Add in oil and vanilla. Add in zucchini. Sift and add in dry ingredients alternately. Add in nuts, raisins or possibly chips. Makes 2 medium loaves or possibly 4 small ones. Bake large loaves 1 hour and small loaves 1/2 hour and test to see if done, at 350 degrees.
