Ingredientes
- 10 ounce Frzn Blackberries in light syrup, (1 package) thawed and undrained
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 2 tsp Cornstarch

- Drain Blackberries, reserving syrup.
- Press Blackberries through a sieve, reserving puree; throw away the seeds.
- Combine water and cornstarch in a saucepan; stir till blended. Stir in reserved Blackberry syrup and puree; bring to a boil, and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour into a bowl; let cold.
- Yield: 3/4 c. (servingsize: 2 Tbsp.).
