Ingredients: 4 lrg Chicken quarters; 1 Tbsp. Flour Salt and pepper to taste; 1/2 tsp Dry mustard; 1 x Egg, beaten; 1/4 c. Soft white bread crumbs; 1/4 c. Grated cheddar cheese; 4 Tbsp. Butter

Ingredientes

4 lrg Chicken quarters
1 Tbsp. Flour Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
1 x Egg, beaten
1/4 c. Soft white bread crumbs
1/4 c. Grated cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp. Butter

Direcciones

Preheat oven to 400 .Coat chicken in flour seasoned with salt, pepper and dry mustard. Brush chicken with beaten egg and roll in a mix of bread crumbs and cheese.
Place in casserole dish and dot with small pcs of butter. Bake 40 min or possibly till golden and tender.
