Receta Lowfat Greek Seasoned Oven Fried Chicken

- 2 x frying chickens (about 2 lbs. each) cut up, trimmed of fat
- 2/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 2 tsp dry mint leaves
- 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp parika
- 1 tsp onion or possibly garlic salt
Direcciones
- Place chicken pieces. on plastic bag or possibly large bowl. Mix together, water, lemon juice, and mint; pour over chicken. Marinate at room temperature or possibly seeveral hours. in the refrigerator, turning frequently. Drain chicken. Combine remaining ingredients in heavy paper bag. Place chicken pieces. a few at a time, in paper bag; shake to coat chicken. Arrange chicken pieces. skin-side up in nonstick pan or possibly baking sheet. Bake, uncovered in a 375* oven 1 hr., or possibly till crisp.
