  1. Place flour, egg and salt in a bowl. Mix well slowly adding a little lowfat milk till you have a smooth batter.
  2. Heat oil in saucepan or possibly camp oven.
  3. Dip half inch slices of cool meat into the batter and then drop them into the warm oil.
  4. Once cooked and brown take out and place on a piece of paper to drain excess oil.
