  • 2 Tbsp. EDEN Extra Virgin Extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 med Onion, diced
  • 3 x Celery stalks, diced
  • 2 x Carrots, diced
  • 1 med Potato, diced
  • 1/4 c. Barley
  • 4 c. Water
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 15 ounce Can EDEN Pinto Beans
  • 15 ounce Can EDEN Black Beans Can EDEN Kidney Beans Can EDEN Navy Beans Can EDEN Aduki Beans
  • 1 c. Corn, fresh or possibly frzn
  • 2 c. EDEN Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1/4 c. EDEN Shoyu (or possibly more, to taste)
  • 1 tsp Dry oregano
  • 1 tsp Dry basil

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil and saute/fry garlic and onion till onion is translucent/soft. Add in celery, carrots, potato, barley and water. Simmer 30 min. Add in beans, corn, spaghetti sauce, shoyu, and herbs. Simmer 5-10 min. Serve.
  2. Great the next day!
