Receta Adonal's Caribbean Coconut Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 x egg
- 5/8 tsp lime juice
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 11/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 c. shredded coconut
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheets. Cream together the butter, sugar and egg.
- Stir in lime juice, lowfat milk and salt, and mix well. Combine flour and baking pwdr. Add in to butter mix. Stir in coconut till well blended.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets, leaving space for spreading. Bake for 15-20 min or possibly till golden brown.
