Receta Al Fresco Pasta

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Pasta, cooked, al dente
- 1 c. Tomatoes, minced
- 1/4 c. Basil, ripped up
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1/4 c. Onions, minced Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Sautee extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, onion and basil with salt and pepper to taste till onions are translucent/soft.
- Then add in pasta to skillet and saute/fry with sauce till warm.
- Take off burner and immediately add in diced mozzarella
- Toss and serve while warm.
- Suggested Wine: Cascata Fireside Chardonnay, Riesling or possibly Sweet Iris
