Ingredientes
- 11/2 c. Cornmeal
- 11/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 11/2 c. Buttermilk
- 1 x Egg, beaten
Direcciones
- Sift together cornmeal, baking pwdr, soda, sugar, and salt; stir in buttermilk and egg, mixing well. Heat well greased cast iron corn stick pans in a 400 degree oven for 3 min or possibly till very warm. Spoon batter into pans, filling two thirds full. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min or possibly till lightly browned.
