Ingredientes
- 1 x chocolate graham cracker crust list layer
- 4 ounce cream cheese softened
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. heavy cream whipped 2nd layer
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- 1/4 c. light brown sugar plus 2 TBSPs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 x egg separated
- 1 dsh salt
- 1/2 c. heavy cream whipped
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 3 ounce chocolate chips
Direcciones
- 1St layer: Blend cream cheese & sugar together, then mix in whipped cream. Spread proportionately on bottom of chilled pie shell.
- 2nd. layer: Heat chocolate chips over warm water or possibly in microwave & set aside to cold for 10 min. Blend cream cheese, 1/4 c. brown sugar & vanilla. Beat in egg yolk & chocolate.
- Beat egg white till stiff (but not dry) and gradually beat in 2 TBSP brown sugar & dash of salt. Fold into chocolate mix. Mix in whipped cream. Spread proportionately over first layer of pie. Sprinkle w/nutmeg. Cold overnight to set.
