Receta Aligator And Chicken Spring Rolls With Dipping Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt spring roll pastry
- 1/2 lb chicken thighs shredded
- 1/2 lb aligator meat shredded
- 1/2 c. breadcrumbs
- 5 x chinese cabbage leaves
- 1 x red onion
- 1 x garlic clove
- 1 med red chile
- 1 sm carrot shredded
- 10 x snowpeas shredded
- 1 x red pepper
- 1 sm ginger knob Oil for frying Sesame oil
- 1 lrg coriander sprig
- 1/2 c. raw sugar
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 x green pepper finely diced
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 sm red pepper finely minced
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp dry shrimp
- 4 x star anaise
Direcciones
- Heat oil in wok, add in ginger garlic, chile and meats. Toss till cooked through. keep aside.
- Heat more oil and saute/fry the vegetables. Combine meat and vegetables and add in breadcrumbs and coriander.
- Roll in spring roll pastry and deep fry till golden.
- For the sweet and sour sauce, combine all the ingrediants and bring to the boil. Simmer gently for 5 min and serve as dipping sauce with the spring rolls.
