Receta Almond And Lamb Boeboetie

Ingredientes
- 1 x Onion Half a c. each of apricot jam and mild curry pwdr
- 3/4 lb Chopped lamb
- 1 piece white bread soaked in lowfat milk Half c. of crushed almonds Juice from half a lemon and a couple of lime leaves
Direcciones
- Fry the minced onion gently with the apricot jam and curry pwdr, then add in the lamb and simmer for 5-10 min. Put in the bread then the almonds, that give a nice crunchy texture.
- Add in the lemon juice and pour the mix into a dish with the lime leaves on top.
- For the finishing touch the dish needs a c. of lowfat milk beaten with two Large eggs - an egg custard.
- Bake the dish in a warm oven for 5 min and bring the dish out again and pour the egg custard on top.
- The boeboetie goes in the oven again (gas mark 4) for another 5 min for all the flavours to blend.
