  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour bottom of loaf pan.
  3. Mix baking mix, flour and sugar; cut in margarine till mix resembles cornmeal.
  4. Stir almonds and cinnamon into 1/2 of the margarine mix in small bowl; reserve.
  5. Stir Large eggs, lowfat milk, vanilla and almond extract into remaining margarine mix. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  6. Pour about half of the batter into pan; sprinkle with half of the almond mix. Pour remaining batter into pan; sprinkle with remaining almond mix.
  7. Bake till wooden pick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean, 40 to 45 min.
  8. Cold 5 min.
  9. Loosen sides of loaf pan; remove from pan. Cold completely before slicing.
