Receta Almond Meringue Cookies (Diabetic)
Ingredientes
- 4 egg whites
- 8 teaspoon powdered skim lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon liquid artificial sweetener
- Cinnamon to taste
Direcciones
- Beat egg white till stiff. Add in skim lowfat milk pwdr. Mix well. Add in extracts and sugar substitute. Drop cookies by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for 45 min. Remove from cookie sheet and dust with cinnamon.
- Makes about 2 dozen.
