Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 1/2 c. Sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 8 ounce Canned crushed pineapple liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Minced macadamia nuts Or possibly- walnuts
- 1/2 c. Minced Calif. dry figs
- 1 c. Powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk Flaked coconut
Direcciones
- In large bowl, beat butter, sugar and egg till fluffy. Combine flour, soda and salt; beat into butter-sugar mix alternately with pineapple.
- Stir in nuts and figs. Drop by tsp. on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 to 12 min. While hot, dip cookies into glaze of powdered sugar and lowfat milk; then in coconut.
