Receta American Apple Fritters

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (caster)
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. flour, plain
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 3 x apples, Granny Smith
- 600 ml vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. icing sugar
Direcciones
- Separate Large eggs.
- Sift together baking pwdr and flour.
- Cream butter and sugar till smooth. Beat in egg yolks, then gradually add in the flour and lowfat milk, beating well. Mix in minced apple.
- Beat egg whites till stiff and fold gently into mix.
- Drop tsp. of mix into warm frying oil and fry till golden brown.
- Drain well and dust with icing sugar. Serve immediately with whipped cream.
