Receta American Cheese Burgers

Ingredientes
- 450 gm chopped beef (1 lb)
- 2 tsp Schwartz American Barbecue Seasoning
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 x egg beaten
- 50 gm Cheddar cheese (2oz)
Direcciones
- Mix the chopped beef, American Barbecue Seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and egg together in a large bowl. Cut the cheese into 4 cubes.
- Divide beef mix into 4. Place the cheese in the centre of each and mould the meat into a burger shape.
- Grill or possibly barbecue for 10-15 min, turning occasionally.
- Serve in a sesame bun with salad, ketchup or possibly mayonnaise.
