Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 x egg
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In small saucepan over low heat, heat chocolate chips, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; let cold. Lightly spoon flour into measuring c.; level off. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Add in melted chocolate and stir just sufficient to marble. Shape dough into 1 inch balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 8 to 11 min or possibly till light golden. Let cold 1 minute before removing from cookie sheets.
- Yield: about 3 1/2 dozen cookies (2 cookies per serving).
