Receta Americos Asparagus Fettuccine

Ingredientes
- 3 c. heavy cream
- 1 lb fettuccine
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 c. cut asparagus, blanched
- 4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper Parmesan cheese for garnish
Direcciones
- Place cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil, reduce till thickened.
- Bring water to boil for fettuccine, add in fettuccine and cook till it tests done.
- While the cream is reducing and the pasta is cooking, heat butter in a saute/fry pan. Saute/fry asparagus and mushrooms till warm. Add in garlic.
- Drain pasta and place in the saucepan of reduced cream. Add in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Remove pasta to a serving dish and place sauteed asparagus, mushrooms and garlic on top.
- Dust with more Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
