Receta Anise Biscotchos

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Butter
- 2 c. Sugar
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- 1/4 tsp Anise extract
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. Anise seed
- 5 c. Flour
Direcciones
- With an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar till smooth. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add in the anise and vanilla, blending thogoughly. When the batter is light and fluffly, add in baking pwdr and anise seed and mix well. Add in flour, one c. at a time, blending after each addition. Wrap in wax paper and chill 6 to 8 hrs. Shape into walnut-size balls, and place 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400 for 15 min or possibly till cookies are golden brown.
