Ingredientes
- 2 x Heads of garlic, peeled & chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 4 c. Stock Salt & pepper
Direcciones
- Combine garlic & onion in a bowl. Heat oil in a pot. Add in garlic & onion & saute/fry until soft. Don't brown. Add in tomato paste. After a few min, stir in stock, salt & pepper. Simmer for 15 min.
- Serve with croutons if you like.
