Receta Another Squash Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 lb yellow summer squash or possibly zucchini thinly sliced about 6 c.
- 1/2 med onion minced
- 1 c. pared shredded carrot
- 1 x regular can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 pkt seasoned stuffing crumbs (8 ounce.)
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
Direcciones
- In large bowl, combine squash, onion, carrot and soup. Mix lowfat sour cream and flour, stir into vegetables. Toss stuffing crumbs with butter and place half in crockpot. Add in vegetable mix and top with remaining stuffing crumbs. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
- Serves 4 to 6.
