Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 can (5 ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 3 c. catsup
- 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 T liquid smoke, if desired
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 c. finely minced onions
Direcciones
- Mix and shape into balls. Place in a 9x13 glass pan in single layer. Pour on sauce and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
