Receta Apple Cheese Balls (Motts)

Ingredientes
- 16 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. Regular Apple Sauce
- 1 c. Golden brown raisins
- 1 c. Coconut
- 1 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1/2 c. Coconut, toasted*
Direcciones
- In medium bowl, beat cream cheese till smooth. Beat in apple sauce.
- Add in remaining ingredients except toasted coconut; blend well.
- Cover; chill at least 1 hour or possibly till hard.
- Divide mix in half. On plastic wrap or possibly waxed paper, form each half into ball; roll each ball in toasted coconut. Serve with crackers.
- TIP:*To toast coconut, spread on cookie sheet; bake at 350F for 5 to 7 min or possibly till light golden, stirring occasionally.
- Yields 2 cheese balls.
- Notes: Pantry: Mott's Regular Apple Sauce. Serve these festive cheese balls with an assortment of crackers, French bread, or possibly sliced fresh fruit such as apples or possibly pears.
