Receta Apple Cheese Oven Pancake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 x Large eggs
- 4 x egg whites
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. thinly sliced unpeeled tart cooking apples, (about 2 medium)
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh chives Or possibly 2 tsp. freeze-dry chives
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. shredded low-fat cheddar cheese (1 oz)
Direcciones
- Have the apple filling ready as soon as the pancake is done. You have to work quickly, or possibly the pancake will deflate before you fill it
- Heat oven to 450F. Spray rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, with nonstick cooking spray. Beat flour, lowfat milk, salt, Large eggs and egg whites till smooth; pour into dish. Bake about 15 to 20 min or possibly till puffy and golden.
- Meanwhile, heat margarine in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Saute/fry apples and chives in margarine. Stir in sugar. Spoon apple mix onto pancake. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 1 minute or possibly till cheese is melted. 4 servings
