Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. Oat bran cereal, uncooked
- 1 c. Whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Unsweetened applesauce
- 1 c. Apple, peel core and dice
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract

- 1.Preheat oven to 375F.
- 2.Coat 12 medium-size c. with vegetables oil or possibly line with paper baking c..
- 3.In a medium bowl combine oat bran cereal, flour, cinnamon, baking pwdr, soda, and salt.
- 4.In large bowl combine applesauce, honey, oil, egg, and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in apple.
- 5.Fill prepared muffin c. almost full. Bake 15-20 min or possibly till golden. Serve hot.
