Receta Apple Cranberry Streusel Custard Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 x (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
- 1 x (14-oz) can Eagle. Brand Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk (NOT evaporated lowfat milk)
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 1/2 c. fresh or possibly dry-pack frzn cranberries
- 2 med all-purpose apples, peeled and sliced (about 1 1/2 c.)
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. unsifted flour
- 1/4 c. margarine or possibly butter, softened
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Place rack in lower third of oven; preheat oven to 425:. In large bowl, combine Eagle Brand and cinnamon. Add in Large eggs, water and fruits; mix well. Pour into pastry shell.
- In medium bowl, combine sugar and flour; cut in margarine till crumbly. Add in nuts. Sprinkle over pie. Bake 10 min.
- Reduce oven temperature to 375:; continue baking 30 to 40 min or possibly till golden. Cold. Chill leftovers.
