  • 2 1/2 c. peeled, cored, and quartered Macintosh apples
  • 2 c. rolled oats
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk

  1. Method:1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. 2. Combine apples and brown sugar in a large dutch oven.
  3. 3. Bake for 30 min.
  4. 4. Combine lowfat milk, flour, and oats. Pour mix over apples and brown sugar.
  5. 5. Bake for 1 hour. Serve.
  6. Makes 1 qt crisp
