Receta Apple Oat Snack Squares

Ingredientes
- 3 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
- 2 c. uncooked quick-cooking oats
- 2/3 c. light brown sugar - (firmly packed)
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine cut into pcs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can apple fruit filling - (21 ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
Direcciones
- Stir together first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender till crumbly. Stir in lowfat milk just till dry ingredients are moistened.
- Mix in fruit filling, and spoon into a lightly greased 13- by 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. brown sugar.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till golden brown. Cold on a wire rack, and cut into squares.
- This recipe yields 16 squares.
