Ingredientes
- 2 c. Flour, all purpose
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp -Salt
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 1/4 c. Sour lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Apples,unpeeled, cut in pcs
- 6 Tbsp. Butter, melted

- Sift together flour, baking pwdr (1 Tbsp amount is correct), baking soda, salt sugar and cinnamon. Beat sour lowfat milk and Large eggs in a small bowl. Add in apples, unpeeled and cut into small pcs and melted butter. Add in the sour lowfat milk mix to the dry ingredients. Stir well. Cook as you would ordinary pancakes in greased cast iron fry pan. Brown on both sides. Serve plain or possibly with butter and maple syrup.
