Name: Apple Walnut Cake
Ingredients: 3 x Large eggs; 1 c. Vegetable oil; 2 c. Sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla; 4 c. Shredded unpeeled apples; 2 c. Flour; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1 tsp Grnd cloves; 1/2 c. Raisins; 3/4 c. Walnuts, minced; 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened; 5 Tbsp. Flour; 1 c. Lowfat milk; 1 c. Powdered Sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced

Ingredientes

3 x Large eggs
1 c. Vegetable oil
2 c. Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
4 c. Shredded unpeeled apples
2 c. Flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Grnd cloves
1/2 c. Raisins
3/4 c. Walnuts, minced
1 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
5 Tbsp. Flour
1 c. Lowfat milk
1 c. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c. Walnuts, minced

Direcciones

Beat Large eggs and oil in mixing bowl till foamy; add in sugar and vanilla, mix well. Add in apples; set aside. In bowl mix dry ingredients together; add in walnuts and raisins. Add in dry ingredients to egg mix; beat slightly. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan bake 350 for 25 min, or possibly till tests done. Cold. For frosting heat butter in saucepan; stir in flour till mix bubbles. Add in lowfat milk, stirring with whisk till thickened. Cold. Add in sugar and vanilla; mix till smooth and blended. Frost cake and sprinkle with additional walnuts.
