Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 x apples peeled and chunked
- 23 ounce yams (cooked or possibly canned) liquid removed
- 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 16 ounce whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
Direcciones
- In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Saute/fry apples till crisp-tender. Place apples and yams in a greased 3-quart. casserole. Sprinkle with the nutmeg. Combine cranberry sauce and marmalade. Spoon over yams. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
- YIeld: 8-10 servings.
