Receta Applesauce Almond Breakfast Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. Quaker Oats (quick or possibly old fashioned), uncooked
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch square baking pan. Beat together butter and sugar; blend in egg. Add in combined flour, oats, baking pwdr, cinnamon, salt, applesauce, and water; mix well. Mix in almonds; spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake 40 to 45 min or possibly till golden. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if you like. Store loosely covered. 9 servings.
