Receta Applesauce Gingerbread

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp grnd cloves
- 2/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1/3 c. molasses
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 x egg slightly beaten
Direcciones
- Combine first 7 ingredients; stir well. Combine applesauce, molasses, oil, and egg in a small bowl; add in to flour mix, stirring well. Spoon into a 9 inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 20 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot.
