  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Lightly oil a 4 x 8: loaf pan or possibly spray with nonstick spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine both flours, baking power, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix well. Add in apricots, figs, raisins, and nuts.
  4. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Beat with a fork or possibly wire whisk till blended. Add in to dry mix, mixing till all ingredients are moistened. Place mix in prepared pan.
  5. Bake 35 minutes, till a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
  6. Cold in pan on wire rack 10 minutes, then turn out onto rack to finish cooling.
  7. Probably could substitute other nuts, and other fruits like apples.
  8. Makes 8 servings
