  • 4 lb Apricots Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cloves Juice and grated peel of 1 lemon

  1. Wash, peel and pit apricots; cut into small pcs. Cook in their own juices over a very low heat till fruit is soft. Measure apricot pulp; add in 1/2 c. sugar for each c. of apricot pulp. Add in remaining ingredients and cook till thick. Ladle into sterilized jars and seal.
