Ingredientes
- (Spanish Rice)
- 1/2 c. green bell pepper -- minced
- 1/4 c. onion -- minced
- 1 x clove garlic -- chopped
- 1/2 tsp dry basil -- crushed
- 1/2 tsp dry rosemary -- crushed
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 1 c. tomatoes -- minced & peeled
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 dsh pepper
Direcciones
- In skillet cook green pepper, onion, garlic, basil and rosemary in warm oil till vegetables are tender. Stir in rice, minced tomato, salt, pepper, and 2 c. water. cook covered over low heat for about 20 min or possibly until rice is done.
- Makes 6 servings.
