Receta Asian Noodle Salad With Peanuts

Ingredientes
- 1 lb angel hair pasta
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. cilantro minced
- 6 x green onions sliced
- 1/2 x jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
- 1/4 c. peanuts, dry-roasted unsalted minced
Direcciones
- Cook noodles till just tender. Rinse under cool water. Drain well and transfer to large serving bowl.
- Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and salt in bowl. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add in to noodles. Add in minced cilantro, green onions and jalapeno and mix well. (Salad can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.)
- Sprinkle minced peanuts over salad and serve.
- NOTES : This is a cold and tasty dish which I like to serve with chicken or possibly shrimp satays.
