Receta Asian Noodles With Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 175 gm Chinese egg noodles
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 x Garlic clove, sliced/peeled
- 1/2 x Minced onion
- 1 x Sliced carrot
- 1/2 x Green pepper, diced
- 1/2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. Peanuts
Direcciones
- 1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 min. Drain well.
- 2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add in the onion and stir fry for 2-3 min. Add in the pepper, and carrot and stir fry for 2-3 min.
- 3. Add in the noodles and cook for 2-3 min. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with the peanuts.
- Serve.
