Receta Asparagus & Egg & Bacon Bake
Great for Breakfast on the weekend or brunch!
Ingredientes
- 2 Large Eggs
- 4 Slices Crispy cooked Thick Bacon
- 8 ounces Thin Fresh Asparagus
- Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Direcciones
- Pre Heat Oven 425 F
- Using a non stick baking dish add asparagus, create a hole and add 2 eggs, lay crispy thick bacon slices on top and pop onto the oven and roast 11 minutes (eggs will set up)
- Remove from oven, plate and add parmesan cheese shavings
