  • 2 lb fresh asparagus-cooked but tender
  • 2 sm cans of mushrooms-liquid removed well
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 sm green pepper minced small
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh onion

Direcciones

  1. Cook and drain asparagus. In meantime mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add in asparagus and mix well.
  3. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 min.
