Receta Asparagus Roll Ups

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Blue Cheese
- 4 ounce Roquefort Cheese
- 8 ounce Cream Cheese
- 1 x Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 can Asparagus Spears
- 40 piece Sandwich Bread, crust removed
- 1 stk Margarine Paprika, as desired
Direcciones
- Mix cheeses, egg and mayonnaise with an electric mixer. Flatten each piece of bread with a rolling pin till almost paper thin. Spread cheese mix on each side, lay one spear of asparagus on each piece, and roll up. Heat the margarine and add in paprika for color. Dip each roll in the margarine, and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
- Serves: 10 to 12 as an hors d'oeuvre.
- Can be frzn and reheated.
