Ingredientes
- 1 x Cucumber sliced rounds
- 1 x Onion sliced rounds
- 1 sm Ridge-gourd peeled and sliced round
- 8 x Ajwain leaves washed clean whole, (8 to 10)
- 1 x Potato peeled and sliced round
- 1 1/2 c. Gram flour
- 1/2 c. Rice flour Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds Oil for deep fry
Direcciones
- Don't slice the vegetables too thick or possibly too thin.
- Mix flours, salt, cumin seeds, turmeric to make a batter for dipping.
- Heat oil to deep fry. When warm, add in a Tbsp. to the batter and mix.
- Dip the vegetables, slice by slice and slide into the warm oil. Fry on medium heat until golden.
- Serve warm with sauce or possibly chutney as desired.
