Receta Australian Rock Lobster With Spiced Bbq Sauces

Ingredientes
- 6 x Lobster 'A's' Fresh herbs Garlic Dijon mustard Butter
- 8 x Tomatoes, minced and deseeded
- 150 ml Vinegar, (1/4 pint)
- 1/2 piece ginger, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 1 piece chilli
- 1/2 x Onion
- 150 gm Sugar, (5z) Curry pwdr Cardamom Coriander, fresh stalks Cumin Fish sauce
Direcciones
- Reduce the vinegar and sugar till caramelised, add in ginger, garlc, chilli and spices. Cook for 2 min, add in minced tomatoes and continue to cook. Blend, return to heat and finish with fish sauce and seasoning.
- Split lobster, brush with oil then mark on a warm grill. Spread herb butter onto the lobster and roast in warm oven.
- Serve sauce along side.
