Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter,melted
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Chopped fresh herbs (parsley,thyme and cilantro)
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 3 x Cloves (large) Garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped shallot Salt and pepper, freshly grnd
- 1 1/2 lb Medium large shrimp, unpeeled Spinach leaves Lemon slices
Direcciones
- Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl.Fold in shrimp.Marinate at room temperature 1 hour or possibly in the refrigerator 5 hrs,stirring occasionally.
- Prepare barbecue with medium warm coals.Thread shrimp on narrow skewers.Grill till just opaque,about 2 min per side.Line platter with spinach.Arrange skewers on platter.Garnish with lemon and serve.
- Makes 8servings.
